Sample Daily Routine

Below is a simple routine that may be of some benefit to you. It is one that you can follow and alter to suit your specific needs. Just try to understand the principle, and don't worry too much about the details. Also, remember to drink 6-8 glasses of quality water each day. Try to make sure the water is lukewarm. Your body tolerates room temperature water much better than cold water. Use only bottled water and never tap water.

MORNING

1) Wake up after a good 7-8 hours of sleep (try to get 8 hours if you are using 5-HTP)

2) Prepare a fresh squeezed lemon in water and add Stevia to make lemonade. Remove the seeds. Drink 6-8 ounces. This will get your digestive juices awake for a good breakfast.

3) Stretch for 5 minutes. This does 2 things. First it releases endorphins that put you in a good mood. It also helps your body generate more oxygen and red blood cells. During this time it is also beneficial to pray. Put on some soothing music and try to make a positive spiritual connection. Trust me on this. Your mind needs to heal just as much as your body. This is a great way to start off your morning in a positive mood.

4) Take your necessary supplements/medication 30 minutes before breakfast. Take your Threelac and your Formula SF722.

5) Begin cooking breakfast. Whether it is a omelet with eggs, leeks, and onions...or baked salmon with steamed asparagus...or vegetable broth and cooked millet, or even a turkey salad...spend some time in the kitchen making a healthy and hearty breakfast. The more you can eat for breakfast, the less likely you are to eat snacks or junk food the rest of the day. Be sure to chew your food as much as possible, to aid in proper digestion. If you are taking digestive aids, take them here.

6) Get ready for the day by using your aluminum-free Crystal roll-on deodorant and Arm and Hammer toothpaste. Both of these products are free of harmful chemicals. I also like to use Listerine mouthwash afterwards. Try not to use too much product in your hair, as your scalp needs to breath throughout the day. Give your spouse (if you have one) a big hug and kiss (if they are awake!) to begin your day with a loving heart and not one that is angry that you have to go to work. I found myself being in such a hurry in the mornings, that I didn't spend the necessary 10 seconds it takes to give my wife a goodbye hug. Don't let this become your biggest regret one day.

7) Try your best to listen to the radio or find another distraction from stressing out about traffic. If traffic becomes too much to handle, consider moving closer to work. There is nothing worse than starting your day in a bad mood because of traffic.

8) Once at work, try to see opportunities for you to learn or to impress your boss with some new idea. This will help you get out of that rut that you currently think of as your job. Try to hang around positive people and strive to make the workplace a fun environment to work in. If you are unhappy with your job, the answer is simple...find a new one.

9) Remember to take a break every hour or so and go get a drink of water. Walk for a few minutes and take some deep breaths. You will not believe how much stress your body can build up just sitting in front of a computer for hours at a time. If necessary, use a cheap timer to let you know when the next hour is up.

10) Around 10 am, head to the office fridge and pick out a healthy snack to eat, such as a Granny Smith apple, cucumber or red bell pepper. Break up your supplements for the day and take your mid morning portion here. Also take your Formula SF722.

11) Always try to make time for lunch. Spend 30 minutes to 1 hour eating somewhere quiet and relaxing so your mind can unwind and enjoy a break from work.

12) Around 3 pm, eat another snack such as a handful of almonds for energy that you will need after work. Take your mid-afternoon supplements here. Also take your Formula SF722 and Threelac if you would like (only take more than one packet of Threelac per day AFTER your first month to see how your body responds to it).

13) After work, head to the local gym and get a 30-45 minute workout with weights or cardio. Follow that up with a 25-30 minute session in the sauna. Try to relax or lay down in the sauna. Maybe bring something to read to pass the time. At first you will feel like it is getting too hot and will want to leave after 10 minutes or so. But don't worry, because in no time you will be able to stay as long as you please. Try to drink water before and after you leave, since you will lose between 1 and 2 pounds of water weight each session.

14) Head home and immediately shower off the sweat produces by the sauna. It will contain the dying Candida that your body is trying to expel. Take a warm shower (5-10 mins) followed by a cold shower (15-20 mins). The cold shower will lower your body temperature so that you do not continue to sweat after you leave the shower. You will most likely underestimate the time needed to cool your body down. I usually stay under the cold water for at least 15 minutes. Make sure you scrub your body well, in order to generate a healthy new layer of skin. You will feel refreshed and re-energized after your shower. Once out of the shower, take the remainder of your necessary supplements.

15) Time to make dinner. I usually spend 1-2 hours in the kitchen each night for cooking/cleanup purposes. I find it to be relaxing and I have come to enjoy cooking most all my meals. Try to cook and eat your meals before 8 pm. This will give your body enough time to digest your dinner completely. Also, try not to drink too much water following your meal. Unless of course you want to wet the bed!

16) Around 9 pm, take a 5-HTP, followed by Formula SF722 and Threelac (Threelac works amazingly at night). By 10 pm, you will be relaxed and ready to fall comfortably asleep.
